No Return Policy

As Mana Vivaaha Vedika does not sell physical products, there is no return facility applicable to any subscription, membership plan, profile listing, promotional package, or other digital service offered through the platform.

No Refund Policy

All payments made towards membership plans, premium services, profile boosts, advertisements, or any other paid features are final and non-refundable.

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after purchase.

• Dissatisfaction arising from interactions between members.
• Suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms and Conditions.

Exceptional Circumstances

A refund may be considered only in the following cases:

• Payment successfully deducted but service not activated due to a verified technical issue from our side.

Any such requests must be reported within 7 days of the transaction date along with supporting payment details.
